Lunch Waterloo/South Bank Suggestions?

I'm meeting an elderly relative at Waterloo station tomorrow.

I plan on taking her out to lunch. We won't be heading too far away from the station as time is short.

Any suggestions for a reasonable place near to the station or on the South Bank? Nothing too expensive. But a few notches above KFC would be good.
