Looks like the police have closed the area around Holborn Tube and we've been told we're not allowed to leave the office????

Any ideas??

No idea. I got off the tube at Holborn to be greeted with mayhem.

They finally evacuated via the central line and I walked up to Mid City Place.

Lots of fire engines, police and ambulances though. Probably a drill for when the terrorists attack next...

A bag was left outside the Metro bank with wires poking out so they evacuated the area

I think it was a non event in the end, I only know as my local was shut and the landlord told me what happened

He said it was more to do with the Real IRA than Al Qeada or thats what the Police hinted at, but it was just a report and then an investigation rather than a valid threat I think
