Congestion area

Evening folks.

Anybody know if the congestion area is nr elephant and castle.

Ive looked on maps but cant get close enough.

One of my lads just called, he took a wrong turn off the roundabout, towards city, instead of towards tower bridge.

Didnt notice a big rec "C" on rd so unsure.

Know that if I ring the congestion people they will say yes, van been in, they have no way of checking.

Anybody do this route daily.

Was he in after 6.00pm? Charging ends then, looking at your post time seems it might be close.
Perhaps safer parting with £8 than receiving a fine for 5.59pm!
