Recommend me a good pub!!!

Afternoon all. On my way down from Newcastle to see the bright lights and wondered if you guys could point me in the direction of a good real ale serving establishment! Staying in aldgate so all suggestions gladly taken. Thanks a lot,

Off the top of my head (and I don't know where Aldgate is in relation) I'd suggest The Spaniards Inn on Hampstead Heath. It's got a reasonable selection of real ales, lots of ciders and the beer garden is superb if you happen to go on a sunny evening.

A nice decent pint and at a more northern friendly price too
