most of soho is 24 hr pay.how far do you want to walk. westminister are really strick on parking. if you head for covent garden or north of oxford st the restriction finish at 6.30/7 so just look for a empty parking bay but check the times on the meters
There's a multi-storey near Gaz's Rockin' Blues, but it's quite expensive normally - I think some of the parking becomes free at 11:30pm if you're there later.
