Secure / Underground parking - Limehouse

If you can I would get in touch with some of the Limehouse Building managers. My block of flats has secure underground parking as part of the rent - Often spaces go unused by the people that don't have cars and get rented out to other tenents for around £25 a month (I think). Are you a tenent of somewhere like this? If not, I don't know how flexible some buildings might be giving you access.

£25 a MONTH..? hell I need another space and I would jump at the chance.Most places are around £100 a month. Gumtree has a section for parking wanted/to let...
