Good VW Indie...?

Im looking for a good VW independent place for my old man's passat. I live in Enfield, so anything around that area, or pushing into hertford way would be great. If not a VW specialist, then can someone recommend a good garage for servicing etc?

The place we used to use has recently gone down hill very fast and we're unsure where to go now
