Anyone know anything about the ambulances, the crumpled-looking little moped and the pick-up truck east of the Limehouse Link this morning? Both were roped off with Police incident tape and the westbound A13 was rammed almost back to Dagenham.
They had a little tent up and the queue was way past Dagenham at 8:30. I'd imagine they'll be the usual collection of petrol station flowers for some time.
Always hard to say what happened but I'd imagine the lack of grip this morning added to things. Loads of snow in Brentwood!
I came through @ 6am to traffic stopping at the flyover just before so went via isle of dogs, My dad was 15 mins behind and arrived just gone 8. (just by rotherhithe tunnel)
