Anyone live near Hollywood Road SW10?

Just wondering if someone can do me a favour..... Kensington & Chelsea parknig extortionists are trying to crowbar £120 out of me for allegedly being in a residents bay without displaying permit or pay & display.

Problem is this is the first I know of it and its from beginning of October FFS! The alleged infringement happened at 21:59.....

Does anyone know what time the restriction operates? I'm pretty sure I'd fed the meter past 10pm, but how I'm supposed to have the ticket / remember nearly 4months later is beyond me..... FWIW I was in the bay nearest Fulham road on the west side.

I too have been had on that road late at night. they are very sneaky!
