CPZs in Shepherds bush, have they changed?

Heading over to Shepherds bush for a gig tonight at the Empire, was going to park to the south of Shepherds bush green in the residential bit behind the west 12 shoping place. This was unrestricted in the evenings when I went last year, but does anyone know if that's changed now Westfield has opened nearby?
