PH beers in Teddington @ The Anglers

following on from a gradual dawning that there are lots of us within a mile or two of the wonderful Teddington, I have approval from some to suggest a week night get together for beer and car chat in a pleasant location free from oiks.

I have chosen the venue as the Anglers as it's in a sweet location at Teddington Lock, has a large beer garden, does very nice steaks in a bap from the barbie and the beer is good. Plus, it's big enough to accomodate us and all the locals.

another reason is the arguing over a venue tends to whittle away the time on the forum with arguments..

so, how about a couple of casual relaxing pints and car chat - a sanctuary from the wife it may become, for others simply a way of talking out loud about the love that dare not speak it's name..motoring!

I think that tuesday 12th august sounds good, any objections?

Yeah it's only small though!

I'll actually be coming from the Twickenham direction but if there isn't too much traffic I may take a slight detour on the way.

Funnily enough, someone said the exact same thing on another thread just last week.
