New specs on A316 just before M3?

Has anyone else spotted the new specs cameras on both carriageways of the A316 just before the M3 (as you're heading away from Twickenham towards the M25)?

Right near the Shell garage on the A316 by Kempton Park.

They weren't there last weekend and they're there now! Be warned, it's a 50mph zone.

They have stuck those up abit lively haven't they?

If you come into London from the M3 to the A316 be warned that police now wait there as not many people drop from 70 to 50 when sign posted.

Aye I just saw this today and it feels stupidly slow!

The good news however is that they weren't active when we went through them!

Yep this route is on my commute every day, 30mph is a pain

Just keep your eyes peeled as they are being very vigilant there now.

Oh and keep your eyes on the bridges too!

Theres roadworks going on there at the moment though isnt there?

Think there just tempory for now, on the oppisite side of the road is the new low emisions zone cameras too.

That camera is for the trucks and yes you are right the specs are only temporary.

You have to keep on eye out heading North (into London) where the M3 becomes the A316 as I have passed there several times in the last month and all bar two occasions there have been police with laser guns and bikes ready to pull over any speeding cars.

They are obviously earning alot of money on that little stretch at the moment.
