Golf R32 hire

Does anyone know of where I could hire a R32 for a long weekend? I am interested in buying one and want to experience it over a few days before taking the plunge and parting with my hard earned cash.

I have struggled to find somewhere in London/Surrey that would rent one for a decent price (one Supercar hire company are charging £650 for a weekend - what a rip!)

The nearest Volkswagen dealer that would rent is in Cambridge - which is far from practical.

Any thoughts greatly appreciated...

Thanks - gave them a call and said no. And stated that the other VW garages that rent (very few) do not either, for insurance purposes....

Will need to keep on looking...
