London Motorists' Action Group
Discussion
CHEESED off Camden motorists have helped set up a London-wide lobby group to fight parking fines.
Hampstead actor Tom Conti (pictured) and Camden businessman Simon Aldridge are two of those on the board of the London Motorists' Action Group set up this week.
They are joined by Lord Lucas of Crudwell and Dingwall and Nick Mavrides, chairman of the Kentish Town Business Association.
The group aims to "counter the increasing abuse by councils and by Transport for London of their powers under the Road Traffic Act 1991 and subsequent acts to issue penalty charge notices."
The group has a website at www.lmag.org.uk
Please give them your support.
