Car stolen in SE London, can people look out for it.

Can people keep a eye out for my neighbours Astra as it was stolen about 1am this morning, it's only a old G reg, the reg number ends XMP, I'll try to find the full reg later, he doesn't have much cash and I found him the car through piston heads, is a genuine 1 owner very well looked after car so he's gutted it's gone. Its red in colour and probably has the rear quarter light window smashed as there is some glass one the park park floor.

Anyone who spots this can email me through my profile or call/text on 07830 382149. I've had a look around all the dodgy estates etc in the area but not seen it anywhere, hopefully it won't be trashed.

Well this still hasn't been found, guess it's time to start looking for another car for the neighbour.

Who knows where cars like this end up?

Sometimes just to get some drunk scumbag home and then it's burnt out. Maybe dismantled for parts. Most likely either weighed in as scrap or taken banger racing (same is happening to a lot of classics )

It never did turn up, which is a shame as it was a really well looked after car. I expect it was someone joy riding and has been dumped somewhere, in the local paper there was a article about cars being dumped locally but the police don't even sticker them anymore and just wait for them to be taken again.
