Hi,

Im new to the London area, well been there about 3 weeks, I don't know anyone down here (moved with job) and was wondering if any of of the London PHers who lived in the area would like a night out or should I say give me a guided tour of the sights and sounds?

It maybe sad asking, but I feel I need a night on the tiles and there is no way I drink alone and thought this would be a good way to meet fellow PHers. Unfortunately since moving down, the only people I have had contact with are my work collegues (long hours, etc). So if anyone fancies a boozy couple of hours give me a shout.

You should have come to our 'wapping' drinks yesterday (www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?t=235624&f=111&h=0). Keep an eye out for a thread on here for when we are going out next and you'll be very welcome to come along.

I'm new to Piston heads but a Balham old timer, it's been said that I know many of the fine drinking establishments in Balham a little too well. I'm selling my car and need to discuss what to get next, so if you fancy a pint or 3 let me know.

After my weekend I think I will definately take you up on that one, name the time and the place, bearing in mind I know bugger all about the pubs and bars in Balham.

how did I know you would be raising the money for that by trying to fleece me...

Tho I do have my own car to finance, so it might get interesting.
