I've tried the phone number, it took several attempts to find someone that tried to help, but it's an example of the "computer says no" so they couldn't explain why a petrol hybrid should get a fine. Just found the vehicle ckecker link on the tfl website. My plate is OK for the new ULEZ but fails on the LEZ! So I've got an ultra low emitting vehicle that fails LEZ?I'm thinking a mistake on the database?
