Friendly garage in Islington area please

Hi Guys

My friends daughter has moved to near Islington and needs a garage recommendation please

She only has a little (not new) Vauxhall Corsa and as a teacher hasn't got a great deal of spare money
so needs a non-dealer friendly & trustworthy garage locally please

We got some great recommendations for her when she was south of the river
so hope we can get as good now

Brownings. It's just inside the congestion zone, but they can be accommodating with drop off and pick up times. They've gone over and above for me on more than one occasion - the owner even drove to my house at 7am once with a toolkit to take a wheel off one of our cars and replace the tyre when I had a puncture. Reasonably priced, and honest. You've never seen a "local" garage so clean and tidy either.

Chu's in Hackney are ok they are a mot garage as well. They are in a archway near to london fields train station
