New silver tower by Blackwall Tunnel

Wasn't sure where to put this, and I'm not a regular in here so apols if it's already been asked/answered!

Does anyone know what that new multi-faceted silver tower is which has recently been completed beside the A102 just south of the Blackwall Tunnel? Google maps shows a waste/brownfield site. Just curious, it's quite a striking design.

Some sort of centralised boiler system for all the residential construction going on around there - the big tower is the flue stack.
