Hi guys, need to get to Embankment on Sunday, was planning on driving up from Wilts on the M4, parking @ North Ealing tube station for 11am

Do you think there will be any spaces left, or any better ideas?

Other half is a slow walker, so don't fancy being too far from the tube, or paying too much in parking.

Any local advice much appreciated smile

I am sure that it's OK to park on a single yellow line all day Sunday, but please check!

You should drive into central London, most on street parking there is free on Sun...
Especially makes sense with more than 1 person as the the Tube will cost you dearly, I won't even mention the discomfort, etc.

Cheers guys for the advice, in the end I drove to Osterley station , parked there for £1.50! and got the tube on. Journey was really stress free on way in, bit of a slog on way home.

Kind of wish I drove straight to Embankment, as the roads seemed quiet and lots of on street parking, but I drove up to the centre quite a bit in the Summer and went a bit nuts being stuck in traffic, so fancied a more chilled journey. Guess London traffic is a lottery !
