Tube Welding (Safety Roll Bar) Recommendations

Hi Does anyone know of anyone who is experienced in Safety roll bar / cage fabrication / alterations in the South East London / Surrey area?
I have a roll bar for my car but its not quite right and needs to be slightly modified, I have been let down by a guy that said he would do the work and after having had the roll bar for over 2 months has done nothing with it!
Im near the Coulsdon / Purley area and am sick of having to drive miles to take things to people only to be let down. I am looking for strong recommendations on reliable people please
