Car audio recommendations

I've just purchased a 2003 BMW with a simple/old skool BMW 'business' radio - ie tape deck, radio, 6 CD changer in boot. I'd like to get an iPod setup somehow, any recommendations on where to go or who to talk to in central or even better East London?

In a previous car I had a hard wired FM adapter, iPod lead came out of the glovebox etc, fitted for about £90 at a place in Loughton but it seems to have shut down.
