Going east on A4 at rush hour evening, which is quicker waiting to get on flyover or roundabout and back onto A4?

Depends how honourable and decent you want to be. If you're happy to whizz up lane one and cut across into lane three just before the flyover, that's undoubtedly quickest.

Personally, I stick to lane one and head round the roundabout, which isn't quick. But it is quicker than joining the back of the queue in lane three for the flyover, right back at the Chiswick roundabout, and waiting your turn.

Theyve opened the flyover now. But I worked out it was quicker to queue for the flyover than go down to the roundabout.
