North London or Herts garage recommendation

Hi,

I'm looking for a garage to take a look at a suspension issue on my 924. I'm aware of places like JAZ, JZM and Portiacraft that specialise in Porsches, but I guess McPherson strut suspension is actually pretty universal (unlike Porsche-specific stuff like Variocam and so on...)

Can anyone recommend an honest, capable garage on the northern tip of London or southern Hertfordshire? I live in Enfield and work in North Finchley, so preferably looking for somewhere close to one of those two.

Hi Chris,

As you say probably no need to go Porsche specialist, but you could see how much Chris Turner, who does my car, would charge?

As for more local to you, I know the guys, Phil & Nick at RPM engineering in East Barnet or I have used Langley Autocraft in King's Langley before as they do a lot of body work for JZM so are familiar with all things Porsche without the costs.
