Best place for breakfast between Euston and Westminster?

I'm off to the big smoke on Thursday for a meeting that starts at 10. I hate train journeys so I'm getting the train that arrives at Euston at 8:30 because that involves less time sat on the bloody thing.

However that leaves me with an hour to spare in London and I was wondering where would be a good place to go for a nice breakfast?

I was considering getting the Northern line from Euston to Westminster then taking a short walk over the river to my meeting.

But I may well walk all the way as I think it'll only take 35 minutes.

So where shall I get my breakfast?
