Hi All

Looking for a restaurant recommendation for dinner please.

To give you some idea what we like we've enjoyed Clos Maggiore and Quo Vadis in recent months.

Any pointers appreciated.

I was treated to a very good lunch at Koffman's at the Berkeley, just before Christmas. Food was excellent and quite reasonably priced.

Perhaps a smidge too far west for you?

I'll be going again as soon as I can find a suitable opportunity.

Perhaps a little West, yes. We are staying in Westminster and won't have the luxury of loads of time.

We are staying in Westminster in Feb and will be heading to the Cinnamon Club for one evening. Has been favourably reviewed both here and elsewhere online.

Le caprice or the wolseley... They are yards away from each other near
the ritz.. Both superb and not ridiculous price wise.

Thanks Paul. I had booked Clos Maggiore again but I am liking the look of these two... and as you say they look very reasonable. Which is likely to be better on a mid-week night?

The Wolseley always seems to have a good buzz about it. I think it's brilliant. Good solid food, friendly service, not too pricy, and there's always a c-list celeb or three in there.

Good choice. It's run by the same people as the Ivy and J Sheeky all three are consistently good.
