Anyone know a good builder/plumber looking for work in Jan??

As title really.

I have bought a new place and have a few jobs that will need doing prior to move in (work to be done in Jan). Ideally i need a corgi registered builder / plumber extraordinaire as I am changing from economy 7 to a combi boiler gas setup.

Anyone here have any suggestions? The place is in Canada Water.
