I can rent you a place in regents park with 2 parking spaces for £35,000 a month.
Nice and secure underground with a valet.
let me know.
I’m in a large Facebook group which features amusing photos of daily London life posted by members, and a whenever someone spots something really random like an filthy old mattress stuffed into a phonebox, you can guarantee the photo caption will be something like “Cosy ground floor studio apartment in Peckham, modern glass and metal architecture, fully furnished, includes phone. £2500pcm”Nice and secure underground with a valet.
let me know.
OP - Any updates? Have you found somewhere?
I personally found when working and renting in London, that not having a car was actually a really refreshing change. I love cars as much as the next person and have owned numerous classics, sports cars, motorbikes etc, but sold everything apart from a cheap to own/run work hack/daily driver, which I just left at my main home elsewhere in the country for when I was back there.
Not having to even consider, worry, or think about, a car in London was great and really liberating, and I say that as someone who would definitely class cars as a hobby.
I found walking most places was easy, and dare I say this, I really like the Tube as a form of transport.
I appreciate the OP in in a slightly different position though as he needs to drive places for work.
