Scan Tool

Hi Everyone,

This is the first time on the site so hello to all owners and enthusiasts out there.
I recently bought my first Esprit, a 2000 V8 and am trying to track down a diagnostic Scan Tool. I live in Alberta, Canada, which is not the most overpopulated part of the world for esprit's, and live approx. 800 miles from the closest dealer.
There is nothing wrong with the car but would rather be safe by having the equipment to review any problems that may occur. If anyone can help me locate the equipment it would be most appreciated.

I use an Ease PDA (Palm) based scan tool. It works well with the V8 and is a reasonable cost. More info can be had at www.obd2.com.

Eh, good to meet a fellow Albertan. I live in Calgary, I own an 89 SE, the v8 must be sweet, If your ever in the area, drop me an email I would love to see your car. Sorry I'm off topic.
