Anyone ordered the Elise yet

Did you order? How long did the dealer quote for delivery?

I did--they told me I was number 150 on the list and that I should have the Elise in 9-12 months.

I retracted my order after my daily driver 1995 RX-7 said enough is enough. Since the dealer was looking for a huge markup (that's okay--I'm all for the free market), I took a pass, purchased an RX-8 as my new daily driver. So far, I am very impressed with the RX-8--though I know it is not as hard edged as the Elise. I'll drive the RX-8 for a couple of years and buy an Elise off the dealer lot when things have settled sown.
