The Elise lost to the Corvette?

Do you think it was an honest description of the Elise? Is the Elise an every day kind of car?

Knowing the dealer mark up, does the Corvette offer better bang for the buck?

If a car were judged by numbers alone we wouldn't have cars like the ones we love.

While the guys at GM have had 50 years and billions of dollars to work on the Corvette (ditto for the 911), the same can't be said for any Lotus. I'll concede that the Corvette and/or the 911 is a more optimized and refined car any Lotus.

However, owning a Lotus isn't about having the most developed or refined vehicle on the road (or track). Much like a Ferrari, a Lotus chooses you...not the other way around.
