I've been looking for a suitable replacement for my old S2 since it got written off in January. Hoping for a V8S but having to look at Chimaera's as well as V8S's are a bit thin on the ground.

Then this one came up in the classifieds.

Saw it today, agreed a price and did the deal. Just waiting for the current owner to put 12 months MOT on it and it's all mine.

When you get used to it get it going at about 40 in third and put your foot to the floor till it gets to 5500 rpm, it doesn't take long!

Having not driven any TVR for 3 months I've almost forgotten what it's like.
At the moment V6 or V8 would feel good behind the wheel.

I'm looking to go to SCH as a day visitor. No way that SWMBO would do a tent, but I'm hoping to get her to accompany me for a nice little drive out.

I'm trying to get him to MOT the car and pick it up in time to make the Chatsworth Gathering in 2 weeks time (fingers crossed).

The waiting now that it's all agreed is the worst part. All these sunny Bank Holidays and I still haven't gotten my hands on a new TVR.
