dead as a door knob!

got my oil(see my other post today!) then went to top up, and then give her a top clean,as taking her to a car event tommorow morning.
But it needed jumping off my other car to get it going. So then took her for a good run,come home and did the clean etc.. Blimmin pleased with my job,i then went to put the beasty back in the garage. But it was dead. Gutted.

New batt time. Could anyone let me know what size batt i need, i forgot to check my own(car lives at mums garage!) and this car event starts at 10am, so will need to get one early tommorow.

Maybe the battery is dead, but it'd have to be very dead to give no sign of life shortly after a good run. Isn't is more likely that the alternator isn't charging properly?

I had this on a car last year even after a run it was still flat
my S1 battery is 10" by 6 1/2" and 8" deep pos is on the left
as you face the battery hope this helps
