Body's back on!

Thanks to Scoobymax and a few neighbours, the body went back on way easier than I thought it would....



Now I've got this far...



Still waiting for Steve Heath to get his finger out with Polyflex to make the rear bushes. If I don't get an indication from him soon when they'll arrive, I reckon I'll just have to go with the rubber ones I can get now.

How much difference does the forum's body of experts reckon poly ratehr than rubber will make? Worth waitng for??

Certainly no "expert" (I'm still a pert, get it ?) but I doubt you'd notice any difference. maybe over time the Polyflex will wear better but the amount of rubber between the inner and outer sleeve is so thin (about 4mm) any flexing/distortion at road driving conditions will be un-noticeable, imho.

Non-existant!! shotblasting took care of them, now removed! Will be new either way.

excellent work! I see you got round the problem of refittingt the body by jacking the chassis up, clever!
