Trailing Arm Bolts

Hi guys, Nick has a slightly warped trailing arm bolt (we believe it happened when his trailing arm was repaired and it warped due to the heat from welding). What type of bolt are they? High tensile or bog standard steel?

They are high tensile 9/16 UNF by 4 1/4" long. Difficult to source, but Steve Heath https://delta.securesslhost.net/~shenglt/catalog/ for £25 inc vat p&p (they are 5" and might need cutting down) or TVR Car Parts
