Changing the bonnet badge

Anyone got any tips?

I'm starting to think it might be easier to take the bonnet off

Park it in Broxtowe for 15 minutes and some one will do it for you!!!!!!!

Drive onto a couple of bits of wood and you can get the bonnet vertical and it is far easier to remove the badge

You need approximately 4" worth of wood to get the car high enough to get the bonnet vertical. Make sure you don't open it so far you damage those indicators.

Either or both !

if its been off before someone may not have bothered put the two nuts back on (or they may have broken the studs trying to undo them)
M5 studs / 8mm nuts

Be careful, the studs can break off very easily.
