heater in ish

taken the dash out today but only enough to get the heater
out left all wires connected had to take the speedo cable of
all went well put new heater in went to put dash back in
and the oil gauge is stopping it going in so got to take
it all out again tomorrow and try to move the heater back a bit
but looking good and works well

My heater has stopped working too am hoping its just wireing..

i have taken some photos will try and put them
on tomorrow going to get it sorted tomorrow and
go out in the cold and wet and test it

Ditto. Can anyone advise if, and how, the fan wiring can be checked without having to carry out the dreaded dash removal?

If you take the cover of the side of the
dash (near side) you can see the fan and
follow the wires in to the mass of wires
in the foot well mine had 4 wires from the
fan but only 3 went to it the wires from the
fan were different colours to the harness so mark
them you should be able to see if you have power
to the fan from there and check the switch

I`ll give it a go might need a day or two to get
over doing it but all works now taking out not
to bad putting back in is a pig of a job
