After posting a question some time ago about the different colour of the two banks of cylinders (heads off job), and asking if a faulty air flow could change the mixture for each bank, i received a mixed bag of replies. most seemed to think that the plenum chamber would not make any difference as it appeared that the chamber was one big chamber.

Well I have examined the chamber and found that it has a partition down the middle! and is in fact two seperate chambers in one lump!

This has now led me to believe that this could be the reason why the right hand bank is running to rich. the only other part of this that can fail could be due to the air temp sensors (one for each side). Is there anyone who has opened up the airflow metres and checked the sensors, as I can't see how you get to the wires, or replace these sensors.

After attempting to access this area via the 4 small screws I gave up! there's a lot inside this part.

Any of you tarts been in this part (if you know what i mean) !!!
