Just a taster so you know what weekend to mark in the Calendar . All S Series owners need to keep the weekend of 10, 11 and 12 June 2011 clear -

I know these things are a pain to organise so sorry but you do know that's Le Mans weekend?

I fully appreciate whichever weekend is chosen will not be convenient for some people. If S Club is on this particular weekend I'm afraid I'm one of those saying ...

Maybe we should hold a "Le Club S" in Le Mans at the same time?!

Bit of a big Birthday next year and had permission from SWMBO to do both - hadn't counted on them being on the same day though !

Really fancied Le Mans as have not been before - like the idea of a Le S Club meet - sorry to hijack thread, but are those going arranging themselves or through an organised trip ?

Apologies for continuing threadjack...

We'll probably be doing Le Mans in the 3000M rather than the S and will be going with friends (in a 1600M and Visen S3). But would be very happy to meet up somewhere for some an S moment or two.

Maybe St Saturnin on the Friday? If you've not been before this is just North of Le Mans and they have a do on the Friday where they invite interesting classics to drop in. Highly recommended.

Anyway - maybe there should be a separate thread for this, sorry, threadjack over...

OFFS no I didn't thought I'd checked everything bank holidays, school holidays, other meets etc, but you always miss something. Oh well so be it. It was really the only week for the venues that didn't clash with other things.

Went to LeMans this year but if I was to go next year think it would be the "Classic"

Mike, Classic is alternate years so you'll have to wait until 2012. It's better than the regular 24hr in my opinion

so you have to set a date and hope alot can attend
