Who designed the S series?

and what else did he/they work on? doing now? Always wondered and have never read in any of my books.

No idea of his name but rumour has it he designed the S on Monday, spent the rest of the week designing the Chimaera, finished at ten to five on Friday so designed the Griffith to fill his week up .......

The S is an evolution of the M series convertible 3000S...there is a 3000S development hack with the S front end of the later car and the running gear of the 3000S....I have to presume (I might be wrong) that Chris Schirle (see the thread re the CWR Titan and Tuscan) was part of the team that evolved it.

I think your right, I just auto log in on there....I can imagine the pain that they went through to get from the M/Tasmin/Granada/Sierra and with Peter saying that the glovebox on the BMW 5 series of the day had more development money spent on it than ALL of the TVR's had up to that date!

I think PW said, "Make it look like a 3000S," and (apart from the fiddly bits) it was done.
