Water pump for 2.9 V6

My son has just finished fitting new suspension, brakes, radiator etc to his S, and whilst he was doing this, the mechanic he was working with realised his water pump's bearings have had it. So he needs a new one, but can't afford the £80+ that Motorfactors want to charge.

So, he's found this on Ebay, but doesn't know if it's right:

Is this the correct part, and if not, can someone perhaps point us in the right direction?

Really would need to know the spec of your engine first before we could answer,as I believe the 2.8 /2.9 have different pumps /engines

It's the 2.9 V6 EFI 12 valve, as fitted to the Granada MK.3.

At $170 incl carriage, how's that going to save you money?

There are one or two new Sierra/Granada 2.9i pumps listed on Ebay UK for around £50-60 which might be a better bet:

Got a serviceable second hand one somewhere if anyone interested ?

Also found a cheap one in America but of course the postage "kills" it, there seem to be plenty of 2.8 ones cheap om Ebay but 2.9's not so common ?
