My S1 before, and after body lift

Fellow S1 owner!!! Looks good, where is she off to? Are you good with the spanners or a novice like me and how did you find the process?

I was after a S1 for years, ever since my neigbour pulled up in a brand new one when i was a kid, it had to a S1 with grey interior (3 years to find). the chassis is in my garage and the body in a mates lock up until its ready to be mated togher again. This is my first TVR, worked my way through restorations before, MGB, MG Midget, Triumph TR7, Opel Kadett, Moggy Minor etc, this is the first without having to worry about welding bodywork though!!!!

Doesn't lok like it needs much / any welding does it?

Needs the body mounts at the front renewing, the outrigger tubes have had a knobbaly patch MIG'd on so ill chop and redo that, the fuel tank carrier one side is no longer there, ill try to make a new one using the other as a pattern, otherwise its all cosmetic
