What oil?

Doing a service next weekend and need to get some oil. Now I know what it says in the bible but it would be good to get some word from the ground. The car is an S3 and has done about 60k. In the 4 years I have had it it has only done about 3k (I know I need to get out more). What would you guys recommend?

Millers 15W40 Semi is good quality oil at sensible prices and you can order it on-line OK...
