The winder is off an Audi 80/90 although they seem to be like gold dust, I can't find one anywhere. My mechanism is broken so i've been searching for a new one.
There was a thread somewhere about a replacement handle from another car but I can't remember what it was.
If you look at your old winding arm it has a part number on it. Go to your local VW garage and quote this number. It is fitted to the last Beetle and early Golf. About £7.00 3 years ago.
