How current is the Owners List ?

With all of this selling, scrappage and other chopping and changing going on, I just wonder how current the Owners Lists are now.
I guess its normal for new owners to add the details of their new P&J but how many have left the fold and forgotton to remove or transfer their details ?
It would be nice to have a current register but I realise its never going to be 100% accurate. How about a call to re-validate your entry so those not validated can first be contacted or perhaps removed/changed/updated ? maybe you know where these cars have gone ?
I know of at least one other well respected contributor to this forum who is about to say farewell (for now... I think he might come back

As it stands the S1-S4 list can't stand any additional fields of data - its actually over the limit at the moment and the bottom few S4's don't appear although they are in the list if you try and update it (if you scroll down you will see the list cuts off at the bottom).
The only way to fix this at present is to make the list smaller - I just haven't got round to progressing this, work keeps getting in the way
though if anyone else wants to do it have a go.
The only way I can see to do this is to split up the list maybe into S1/S2 and S3/4 as seperate lists, though this will generate yet another wiki at the top of the forum, but personally I haven't got a problem with that.
Maybe the way to do it is as has been suggested have a 'last checked' column or something, anyone over a year old is highlighted then if it still isn't verified possibly removed or moved to a 'status unknown section' or something else if you can think of something better, this is just off the top of my head.

Do you think it could be made to add the date of the last post on PH ? that way we could see who is posting at least and could pm the others to see if they are still owners ?
I reckon a new "Last Known Owner" Wiki might be an option to move the "Lost" cars to ? If the "Lost" car later turns up on the "Owners" list then it could be removed from the "LKO" list - I would be happy to admin the list if you like Chris ?

OK for the S1 - S3 List I have changed the little-used "Previous Owner" to "Current Owner ?" and have already populated a few of these to start you off...
Please visit the Wiki and simply change the {member]-[/member] to a "Y" or "N" or add something about the status of your ownership like "Selling" etc...
I'll give you a few weeks then start contacting the blank entries to see if they still have their S...
