Planning on going with a mate next year.
Going by the tunnel and wondered.. any problems in the past for anyone taking an S on the train ?

Exhaust clearance related !

Have got accomadation sorted for the friday saturday and sunday night. Just have to drive there.
So chunnel followed by what looks like a 4 hour drive. Must find some garages for petrol.
Any on route ?
Will be buying a general addmin. ticket to be able to walk and take pics.

Need to find out about name stickers for the car. Where can i buy them and where should i stick em ()

Dont want to wreck my shiny paintwork !

Any thoughts welcome.

Lucky you!! I've already got plans for next year but will be there again in 2011

I can answer all of the above questions and more, plus give you routes to avoid the traffic and others to avoid hours on the motorways etc etc.....

taken the S on the train several time without problems. love it when, and with the roof down, they ask me if i have any lpg on board, hidden animals or children. the best bit is childishly waiting a bit behind the car in front and noisily bearing down on it. with the roof down, always get a smile from staff as you enter and leave though
