fabric of the softtop (cab)

I´m thinking of colouring my softtop on my V8S.
Is the softtop in vinyl or i fabric(cloth).
Have anyone tried products from Renovo?

I think that it's mohair.

It is mohair and the Renovo products work very well, especially IME the black dye - though others have used Thompsons for water proofing and sing its praises.

I have used Renovo Soft Top Reviver a few times fot the mohair soft top on my S2 and the results are very good.

After it has been applied, you will also need to waterproof your soft top. I use Grangers Fabsil, but other similar products are available, including Thompsons Waterseal and Renovo Ultra Proofer.
