Fresh air ducting/hoses

I've searched throught the archives and found a couple of suppliers mentioned. Can anyone advise me on alternative/potential supplier(s) for these (preferably made from material that will survive the under bonnet temperatures).
Is 69mm diameter the correct size, and would a total length of 4 metres be sufficient?
Merlin motorsport @ £38.90 per metre (up to 310 degrees) - expensive, and silver!
Larkspeed - @ £20.50 per metre (up to 200 degrees) colour similar to original but will this do the job?
Any thoughts, experiences welcomed
