It will make it run richer under full throttle (or leaner under part throttle, depending how it's set up).
If the fuelling is correct at full throttle as standard then adding more fuel will reduce the power output. (It is NOT a case of more is better.)
If the engine is running lean at full throttle then (a) it is probably pinking, and (b) adding more fuel will probably improve the pinking and increase the power as long as you don't go too far. But in this case I'd say you are better off fixing the problem that makes it run lean, rather than bodge it with the fuel pressure.
