I agree, thought with the rubbish British weather there might be a few new topics as everyone is bored indoors.

Maybe lots of lucky people are enjoying holidays abroad. cool

Well I am NOT on holiday, it's rippin with pain (it's a predictive text thing, RAINING), after some early exercise getting soaked then some messin around with the puter, watched G.P. and Moto G.P. which was MUCH better, and the summer is going and I haven't yet taken the TVR for a good long distance whizz. I thought that I would go and visit my Mother in Wales, which involves going through mid-Wales, Elan Valley, Black Mountains etc down to the seaside where she lives (ok, so it's actually quicker to take the M6, M5, M50, M4 but what's the point in THAT?).
And surfing Pistonheads ... time to put the kettle on (again!) and shut the garage door cos it looks like the TVR is staying there today (it did wake the neighbours yesterday though smile )

It's even quieter when you are stuck on a boat in the North Sea 200 miles away from your TVRs.
Just had a peek at you profile and I have to compliment you on your choice of colour...... If you fancy a matching S3 get in touch and I'll sell you mine.

Phill.

Despite the weather f/cast of gloom and doom I went out with the TVRCC Lancs lot today. We went from Preston up the M6 then to Kirby Lonsdale and to Sedburgh; we then went via some minor roads to Tebay and to Appleby before bypassing Penrith and then to Pooley Bridge for lunch. A drive back down Ullswater then over the Kirkstone Pass, through Windermere, down the Lyth Valley to Milnthorpe and then over the M6 and via country roads round Lancaster and so home. Just about 170 miles and whilst it was rainy this morning we didn't have the heavy rain that had been forecast and the drive home was dry so all in all an excellent day. The car will need cleaning now though .. hehe

One of these days I'll go to a TVRCC Lancs meeting (been saying that for the last 4yrs). There are a few that sometimes go from the Blackpool branch.

Just got back from two days at the Silverstone Classic. Absolutely fantastic. Loads of TVRs there including half a dozen S series. Great racing too. As for the rest of the machinery on display absolutely awesome!
